This book is so freakin good. Vertigo has yet to fail me this year. I love this somewhat old horror comic standard but with incredibly good story-telling. And the art... perfect for the title.

Yeah but are Cain and Able in it?

Cain and Able showed up briefly in the first issue, but not since. I suspect it will be a while before they show up again.

They (Cain and Able) will probably not show up anytime soon, but that is fine because the characters they have are sooo much better. I do think this was the weakest issue so far, but I cannot wait to see this book come into its own.

@kingpotato - weakest issue? wow, it was this issue that made me love this series! i thought the first 2 were good but this made me get hyped for what is to come!

With a strong 3rd issue, this book is definitely off and running. Issue #1 was enough to grab my attention, issue #2 was more engaging and fleshed out the story/world, and now issue #3 is the best yet. I hope things continue in this manner. Sturges is great!
