The math doesn't seem to make sense here. Does POtW percentage factor in how the percentage of readers of the book who made it POtW?

Considering how the regular GL book was when this was also coming out; this was when I considered GLC the better of the two titles. This had a great pacing and all three stories involved were exciting and fun to read. Kinda dips at the very end, only because Tomasi had to start Blackest Night for the next arc. Still, just a fun read for all and possibly one of the best arcs for 2009.
