I'm loving this storyline with Mongul.  I can't wait for this one.

Yeah! This team is rockin' this book. Best sci-fi book on the racks, in my meaningless & uneducated opinion.

This book is the one I'm anticipating the most this week.

So, what did people think?  I thought it was merely ok.  Too much GL Corps, not enough Mongul.  Besides, I don't really get how the ring's are working.  At first it can't locate to the two missing Corps members and then it can at the end.  And why are they flying through the foliage when they can fly above it and scan?

This was a "meh" on my awesome meter.

The art was impossible to follow...what the hell was this story about?!

ya, if only there were a "meh" option here. i'm sure this'd register about a "meh.5". really i just read it to get a lantern fix, but deep down i can't stand Guy and Kyle.

i take it back... after a second readthrough this issue really is quite impressive. guess i just wasn't ready for it initially, seemed more like i choked it down. particularly impressed with the art.

Yeah, cool issue, as usual with this creative team. But I do have one question -- on page 16, Mongol stops the 2-headed thing from eating the Green Lanterns & says "They will be served up as an offering, quid pro quo, in exchange for the rings" ... Huh? What rings? Was this a mis-print? Was he talking about the seedlings they were taking? If so ... that would make sense.

Guess no one else got it either?
