Muppet Show #3 (OF 4)
Acclaimed creator Roger Landridge's zany romp across The Muppet Show stage continues! This issue is positively Gonzo! Literally! But what exactly is Gonzo? And how expensive is he to insure? Gonzo ponders these mysterious questions, all while performing his hilariously dangerous routine, which might be shut down by the theater's insurance agent!

Posted by TheNextChampion on 06/01/09 at 05:39 PMYES! MUPPET FUN! TWO WEEKS IN A ROW!
(Yes that required all caps... because we've all gone CRAZZZZZZZZZZY!!!! Woka, woka!)
Posted by PraxJarvin on 06/01/09 at 08:34 PMI've been enjoying this series, but didn't pick up Robin Hood last week. How was it?
Posted by androidmoser on 06/01/09 at 09:16 PMGonzo + Comics = :)
Posted by WinTheWonderboy on 06/01/09 at 11:03 PM@androidmoser It's a good book, not great, but it's exactly like a muppet movie.
Posted by PraxJarvin on 06/02/09 at 12:09 AM@PraxJarvin so Muppet Robin Hood has more of an ongoing story I would presume? Making it a better trade than single issues? (Which is where The Muppet Show comic has shined in my opinion.)
Posted by androidmoser on 06/02/09 at 12:38 PM@androidmoser Yes, that's a fair assessment. Probably a better trade. But there's something about reading a Robin Hood story serialized that seems so... right. But yeah, comparatively Muppet Show is the Single Issue kind while Robin Hood is one long story.
Posted by PraxJarvin on 06/02/09 at 01:12 PMThis was probably the weakest issue so far, but still great fun. 4/5
Posted by PraxJarvin on 06/03/09 at 10:33 PMNot gonna lie... I like this book, but I'm SO glad it's a mini.
Posted by Slockhart on 06/04/09 at 01:48 AM@slockhart I agree with you alot.
Posted by PraxJarvin on 06/04/09 at 10:54 AMIt is continuing as another 4 issue mini by Langridge, so it seems like it's going to keep going.
