Mouse Guard Winter 1152 #3 (OF 6)
The Black Axe Celanawe and Young Mouse Guard Lieam dig into the snowy landscape for shelter during an ice storm, and the horrible weather leaves them with fewer supplies than before. The Guard mice Saxon, Kenzie, and Sadie - trapped below the surface in the weasel homeworld of Darkheather - upset the nocturnal inhabitants there. Saxon takes drastic measures and gets carried away!"

It's been at least three months.
Posted by conor on 02/26/08 at 03:18 AMIt comes out sporadically, but damn is it bleedin' gorgeous. I love this book.
Posted by Neb on 02/26/08 at 12:27 PMI bought issue #1 and then I dropped it. I know! You really shouldn't "wait for the trade" when it comes to indie works. It is not a smart way of supporting the industry. That being said, I think it is safe to say that Mouse Guard is going to stick around for a long time.
It is David and ASP's fault anyways. That damn beautiful HC of Fall 1152! I double dipped on that one (first editions of issues then the hardcover).
If the next HC edition is anything like the first one (with expanded pages), then David and ASP will surely be getting my money. This is a pretty safe bet.
Posted by RolandofGilead on 02/26/08 at 02:08 PMThis was good--great art as usual--but suffers from the lateness. I will definitely have to re-read the first tow to remind myself of what happened.
Posted by SteveM on 02/27/08 at 08:00 PMThis is one of the few books that I don't have to reread previous issues of when there's a long layover between issues. Each issue has a very simple plot (to me at least). That isn't to say that the books are empty. Not a ton happens in them but I really enjoy the character interactions.

I love this book but how long ago did the last issue come out?
